  the elders warned me that if any i talk about anything said in the judicial committee or post any pictures i've taken, i'm in big trouble and i don't want these people as enimies!

  good tape. i guess. the elder ruined your witness with that guy. from school. because he was so nasty. on the phone. can't answer a few honest questions. with out blowing his lid. sol now you lost a study that you have been honing for month's. all the placement's and time wasted. in 5 minutes talking to GREAT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ELDER. you should let this elder know he blew your study. and ask him to get on the phone and apologise. and answer the man's questions. i mean how can you be a good witness of jehovah. if the elders willn't help you out on questions that , you can't personnally answer, when you out there being a model jw' let him know the kid's at school , ask lot's of question. and you need his help. i would really make a big deal out of this,

  yesterday after school i had to go work on a project with friends.

  mom said be home by 5, but there was a huge accident a mile from where i live, and i sat on the road for like 10 - 12 minutes, and was 5 minutes late getting home.

  mom was there (didn't go to work- guess why) and she was pissed.

  BEBU; i went though this about 7 years ago. on the rebound from a divorce. i'm no kid i'm . in my late 40's i went to live with dad the jw. and exposed him as a false teacher. after he had me deluted for 30 years that he was some kind of bible scholar. i learned the hard way my legal rights.it took my wife about 2 years to get me out of my home. and i just left my dad's after fighting with him and the courts for about a year. it's a long and slow process using the courts. to get someone out of the house. in richies case it will be hard. unless he's drug addict. etc. point being that richie has the law on his side . you just need to know how to use it. the local jw 's that know me call the police all the time , when ever i blow up their spot at the train station etc. i wait for the cops to come,then i read from the bible and . scream persecution of religion( the cops are stunned) and the jw looks like a dope. . same thing with richie, you have to know how to beat the jw's at their own game. and make them pay for thier actions..... john

  Dan Sydlik dies, the last of the moderating forces.

  our good friend dan sydlik died today about 2 pm eastern time.

  he was the last of the moderating forces on the gb.

  lately he has had little influence among the ted (aka the boss) jaracz (head of the bethel cia - the service department) henchmen and loyalists.

  i'm sure dan knew more about the inside workings . of the wt, than any of us on jwd or ray franz even told in his books. i have ZERO RESPECT FOR THIS MAN.   hi richie; your getting some good advice. and some not so good. if you have read any of my stuff. you know i'm the first one to go buck wild on any jw. did it when i was living with my dad. and out of work. and ended up living in the back seat of my car for 5 months till i saved up enough $$$$$$$ to get a place. i'm not suggesting any of this. but protect what is yours. direct deposit. a p.o. box. is about $30 a year at the post office. if the car is titled to you then it's yours. plain and simple. i'm not saying you should call the police or child services. but you can threaten your mom with , these things, making the point she's going against the law. just to make her think in terms of fact. also the constutition of the u.s. ensures each person of freedom of religion. under penelty of law. this is also a civil rights crime. etc. just use these points talking with mom. talk to the school consellor, you may ask him/her to call your mom . sure they will explain to mom . were she's threading on shakey ground from a informed standpoint, that your mom will have a hard time wiggling out of. in my state it takes at least a year + lots' of $$$$$$$$ to throw someone out of their residence. your mom will have lots of trouble pushing you in the street. unless you beat her up. i've been tho all of this.it can get ugly. but remind her of your rights. if she don't cool down. shit she can't even lock you out of her house. i'm a little knowledgable on much of this stuff. pm me if you need some advice. just one call to 911 having the police come out to your house. will put mom in her place legally. (she willn't like it) but let her know you know your rights. before you make any calls. other wise let things cool down . and protect your little assets. there is lots here. but get mom to respect your freedom of religion. remind her that both you and her will have to answer to god on judgement day. till that day, if i don't do anything aganist the law of ceaser. she don't have a leg to stand on. wishing you well john
